Jack Aimone picked the perfect time for his second goal of the game for Penn State.
The Leading Edge 2020 product by way of Hunterdon Central fired home his second tally with 17 seconds to play to send Penn State’s tilt with top-5 Cornell to overtime. The Nittany Lions then scored in overtime to cap a wild comeback for a 13-12 victory.
Aimone also collected a ground ball in the win, a feat matched by ’21 defenseman Kevin Parnham (Pingry). The senior defenseman also added a pair of takeaways in the win.
’20 CJ Kirst (Delbarton) snapped home a pair of goals for the Big Red. He also turned in a ground ball and a takeaway.
Colgate 19, Lafayette 14
’21 Jack Turner (Ridge) continued his assault on nets with a remarkable six-goal, one-assist, two-ground ball day to keep the red-hot Raiders going.
’24 Nick Blalock (Christian Brothers) paced the Leopards with two goals and two assists. ’24 defenseman John Finkeldie (Delbarton) snagged one ground ball for Lafayette.

’23 Cole Cashion (Rumson-Fair Haven) twice found the back of the net to go with a ground ball as the Bulldogs picked up their first win of the season. ’22 LSM Konrad Miklaszewski (Montclair) grabbed a ground ball in the win.

’24 goalie Graham Stevens (Pingry) was outstanding again in the Crimson cage. The freshman stopped 12 shots, picked up two ground balls and caused a turnover as Harvard won its third straight game.

’23 Sean Creter (Hunterdon Central) won three faceoffs and scooped up a ground ball to help the Terps stay unbeaten.
’23 John McCurry (Wall) collected one ground ball for the Blue Hens.

’22 Luke Engelke (Pingry) won a pair of faceoffs and picked up the ground ball on both to lead the Blue Devils to a win.

’21 defenseman Griffin Kology (Chatham) dislodged a turnover to help highlight a staunch defensive effort from the ‘Hoos.

’23 LSM Jake Melchionni (Delbarton) continued his phenomenal sophomore season with a goal, an assist, four ground balls and a caused turnover for the Wildcats. ’22 David Link (Delbarton) scored twice and had two ground balls in the win over Drexel. He added a goal and a ground ball.
’23 defenseman Beau Kemler (Rumson-Fair Haven) combined for seven ground balls and a pair of takeaways for the Wildcats.

’22 Matt Dollive (Wall) secured one ground ball for the Hawks in their win over the Highlanders. He added a caused turnover against VMI.

The Generals got five ground balls and a caused turnover from ’24 LSM Gabe Reiter (Delbarton). ’22 James Haley (Westfield) scored once, set up another, took the ball away once and grabbed three ground balls for W&L.
