Stopping CJ Kirst is proving to be one of the most difficult tasks in college lacrosse.
The Leading Edge 2020 product by way of Delbarton was back at it again for red-hot Cornell. Kirst fired home five goals and dished out a helper to push the Big Red past Dartmouth, 22-11. It was Kirst’s third straight game with at least five goals. He’s scored multiple goals in every game this year and has hat tricks in all but one.
Kirst also provided three ground balls for Cornell, which has won three straight and is averaging 20 goals per game in Ivy League play. His 39 goals are tops among all players in the country.
