Mountain Lakes made sure to spread the offensive love around in Wednesday’s Morris County championship game. Cade Schuckman made sure that he was right in the middle of it.

The Leading Edge 2022 standout buried a goal and set up two others, while ’22 LSM Ryan McLaughlin (Penn) grabbed three ground balls as the Lakers upended Chatham, 10-2, to win the Morris County crown.

’21 defenseman Griffin Kology (Richmond) supplied a goal for Chatham.

Shore 19, Ocean Township 7

’23 Carson Cooke erupted for a career-best seven goals and nine points, to go along with three ground balls to highlight Shore’s rout. ’23 Walker Hunter denied 11 shots in the Shore cage.

Pingry 18, Phillipsburg 12

’22 Luke Engelke (Duke) won 11 faceoffs, picked up seven ground balls, scored once and added two assists as Pingry pulled away.

’21 Calahan McPherson (Holy Cross) was all over the field for Pingry, scooping up seven ground balls to go with a goal and two assists. ’21 defenseman Kevin Parnham (Penn State) secured a trio of ground balls in the win.

Scotch Plains-Fanwood 11, Madison 5

’24 Aidan Fairweather buried his first career goal to lead the way for SPF. ’22 Chase Alber tallied twice and grabbed a ground ball.

Montclair 11, Columbia 4

’22 LSM Konrad Miklaszewski (Yale) handed out an assist to lead Montclair’s romp.

Hillsborough 11, North Hunterdon 10

’23 Trevor Brotons handed out three assists for the Lions.
